    Psychological research shows that expressive writing therapy on a regular basis, provides physical health benefits, psychological release, mental relief and overall emotional wellbeing. In our online course we can help you learn techniques and tools you can use in your home or whenever you need to, in order to free yourself from ongoing stress. Whether you have high level trauma, daily stress, family conflict, relationship issues or work problems, writing things down relieves us mentally, physically and emotionally from the stress of carrying this. 

    Writing therapy crosses both sides of our brain and allows for a holistic level of healing from trauma, pain or suffering.

    Course Lessons

    Suzanne Strong

    Suzanne Strong is a journalist and writer and has been for more than twenty years. She has a Masters in Creative Writing and has been teaching writing therapy for over 10 years in Queensland, Australia. Suzanne has run her own workshops for many years and has also written a book called Freedom Writing and is currently finished her second book on writing for healing. Suzanne practices writing therapy and would love to share these amazing tools with other people.
